It had a top end rebild after piston siezure,oil pump stopped working.
so it had rebore, new piston rings, and gasket set.

Hi all after not being able to start my mark 2.2 i tried to start the engine with some extra gas. see my last post re should i set fire to it. It worked. hi ed, just had my crank bearings go, started to make a wining nosie and just as the previous post said about give the rotor a shake i did and found movment, you should also feel it vibrating though your seat. as to the cost iv spent £200 so far with LT. however around £90 of this was on the water ...

my advice is to rev it out-remember its a 2 stroke and it is designed to be revved HARD. If you were to ride it like a 4 srtoke then you will be more likely to run into all sorts of trouble. These bikes dont have bags of low end tourque to pull you out of trouble, get the engine singing. :P

Hi all, i have finished putting my mk2.2 back together and now i need some decals.
does anyone.........
know if any other models fit?
has anyone got a cheap set from somewhere other than Lei$ure Trail? if do lemme know please!

Hi all i have a small problem, can you tell me if the mk2.2 has a front wheel spacer? I have reassembled the caliper and front wheel and now the disc rubs against the brake caliper, it didn't before. which leads me to deduce i have lost a spacer, except i cannot remember if there was one before.
