Hi from your post you have replaced the fork seals on a MK2 . I am in the process of doing the same ..however i'm stuck ! i've removed the cartridge, spring.. in fact every thing except the upper outer tube ,the lower inner tube and the fork seal assembley. Thanks for that re assurance. It has been rebored to 66.5mm and fitted with a patent TRX 250 quad piston. I found that a few breater pipes had go squeezed together . I have freed them and the oil leak ,which was quite severe , has gone !

Having rebuilt the top end of my '92 MK11 it runs fine ....except an oil leak has developed ,coming out of the clutch actuator shaft ? anyone any ideas why and how do i rectify ??
