i have just got my bike back on the roadafter it sitting for a year in my garage.1998AR
my problem is this.
sometimes my bike has no top end powerband and the exhaust note is high pitched tinney sound but with grunt from low revs then after i have stopped and turned off ignition and started again ...

dep exhaust NOT fitting
i have just bought a dep full system for my AR,got the front pipe on
,but the tail pipe does not line up with the bracket on the frame.is this normal ?do i need to make a new bracket.also what do i use to connect the tail pipe to the front pipe as the original fastner does not tighten enough.

ar lacking power
any ideas? my mate has bought a standard mk1 crm,and it has more power than my standard ar,especially when going up steep hills.
both bikes have the same gearing.
if my ar is meant to have more power please help as the bike runs ok
