Thanks for the advice, Turns out it was the classic Oil sender switch. I took it out, dropped a bit of 2 stroke out of the bottle, and popped it back with some sealant around the top of the switch... hopefully that should stop it pissing all over the garage floor.

After a good day out riding i notice the bike is leaking 2 stroke oil, may have been from when i dropped it half way up a huge hill. I cleaned it up and tightened the jubilee clip on the pipe that connects onto the bottom reservior but it still seems to be leaking a bit. Ill investigate at the weeke...
