cant find any info on the web about this and its driving me daft. am i right in guessing that the TPS sends the signal to the cdi to put power on to the solenoid in question.

AR solenoid ???

looking for some info please. the solenoid that sits on the right hand side of the bike, just behind the 2 stroke oil tank has stopped working. tested it with a battery and the unit works fine but not getting any voltage to it. on the wiring diagram, the pink cable is showing to go to the cdi unit b...

sorry for late reply, got it sorted in the end. the ebay guy was a tit so i sent it back and got a local shop to source one. cheaper too :D

front disk question

bought a wavey off ebay listed as crm 250 91-98. stood holes are 133mm apart on my hub but the one on the disk sent is 138mm. the guy recons my hub isn't right???

does any one know the measurements please.

fixed it :D it was the back of the ignition switch oxidised to hell, all shiny and clean now and fires up 1st kick once warm.

just got the CRM250AR out after its winter break and it wont start :-( ignition on, kill switch on and nothing......hhmmmm, so i stripped the magneto down give it a good clean and still nowt. put a drill on the 17mm nut for the magneto drum and span it for 2-3 mins n still nowt, not even a flicker f...

will keep an eye on this thread if you dont mind, i have a caravan in towyn and normally take the road bike, but would love to do some off road up that way.
