Be aggressive, make a gap between bearing and spacer so you can get a lip to hit. With force and percistance youll get em out!

I think i get around 1mm oil per km riding(commuting) so thats aprox 1000k's for a tank of oil, so definetly plenty of oil in frame for alot of riding without having to worry about topping up all the time

Is it running bad after or before the temp light comes on? Not too sure about the computers in the crm's but if it gets too hot (or thinks its too hot) the power of the engine may be restricted to stop engine damage... Maybe there is a fault in the system causing the temp light to come on even ...

Yes you can install a switch to be able to turn lights on/off. Not difficult just install in the circuit and it acts as a circuit breaker. Lights on all the time is a \"safety\" thing, although melted the plastic on my original headlight.

Adjust it by bending the metal tab that pushes on the float needle, bend it closer to needle to lower the float height bent it away from needle to raise float height.

are you sure it was 110? I have a 150 main in mine at moment and a 42 pilot. 110 seems strange as it is smaller than the standard jet sise in a 32mm carb which is 128. Mine also runs rough at constant throttle low revs, still playing with jetting on mine so will let you know how i get on with that ...

Running a 38mm carb on my mk2 supermoto however been playing with jetting so much havent gotten a fuel consumption reading yet. What size pilot and main jet are you running in yours? at them moment i have a 42pilot and a 150main. Cheers

Nice moto I just fitted a 4-pot brembo to my mk2 supermoto, the best thing is it was free!! Got it from work as we had it lying around lol. Its off a late model ducati. Wouldnt mind a brembo master cylinder aswell then it would definetly have some intence stopping power!

The ignition will be bypassed, a wire will be looped back to itself and not going to the ignition therefore not needing key to be turned on to get the connection!
