hi again,been ont he phone the insurance again they said look on auto trader ect same year ect for prices then take of your excess and thats what you will get roughly, been looking up online and lots of forums,say dont except the first or second offer.have too deal with that bridge when i come to it...

right finally got it started after about hour and a half,the clutch has gone .great,
took the clutch out finally after doing wrong sides ect lol and it fellout in my hand in bits guess thats broke,so need one of them aswell ,and for sum reason they have changed the front wheel
