Cheers peter, got them and had a good look through. I've got a bit of work to do on it when I get home to make it spot on but I was nearly right lol. Will put up some pics later when I've put it all back together.

Seems like i got a better deal than all of you lol, burton stove enameling charged me 65 quid, sand blasted and coated frame and subframe, and its a great job. They did a sidestand for 3 quid and an r1 swingarm for 20.

Good pics of AR loom routing
Anyone got any? I'm rebuilding mine at the mo, and although I can run the loom in a fashion, I'd quite like to ensure its run along the same route and with the same layout as when it left the factory.
Any help would be muchos appreciated, when this parts done its plastics and fire it up :)

I made my one, cardboard template and then 3 or 4mm alloy plate I think I used. Bit of persuasion with the birmingham screwdriver and it worked out ok.

Useful drawing sir! Cheers, will have a go at making one of these over the weekend. I'm thinking it'll make wheel removal and refitting a damn site easier too, I'm running 44 on the back and the chain can get quite tight against the block thing when trying to wrangle it out lol
