Sorted the wiring now. found that the switch supplied by LT is ON when it's in the OFF position and also discovered the ignition switch was not working due to the contacts in the switch being corroded,must be two years since i stripped the bike for the rebuild ...

Lost the original kill switch during the rebuild,new kill switch supplied with only two wires i was not aware there were three wires for the kill switch.You don't happen to know the colours of the wires do you ?
