in that picture your fuel tap in on the "ON" postion you need to turn it 180 degrees for reserve

yes that the first one i read , but all it says it 5 or 10wt can be increased up to 20 doesnt really help i know what oils are available

yes ive used the search and looked in the faq, but all that says is 5-7.5 which is standard settings its does also state oil levals and quanity but again these are all standard settings. Ive also been through search but again its says cr250 forks no year or any recomended setup for them. SO imformat...

hi there did a tbec enduro yesterday on mk2/2 and found the front suspension to very soft bottoming out in places also could any one recomend oil weight , quantity and level to use to improve settings (13stone kitted up) also if any shims could be changed basically anything to improve the front fork...

never heard of a big bore kit for a crm

increased size will put alot more strain on the bottom end also theres jetting etc to sort out if you do find a piston that will fit.

My adivce dont bother just get hold of another 250 piston and then your ready to go

quick fix would be to find another sutable tank and just cable tie in place before correct one can be found cheap of ebay.

Other option is to remove it and the oil pump and blank the pipes and use premix in the tank

bit more work to do to the transfer ports on the barrel but you get the picture Right now got better pic so you can see what needs to be done transfer wise on the barrel crm.jpg in the black square is the imperfections left over from the cast and these can easily be removed , but those pits or small...

Right now for the port polishing Get yourself down to halfords and buy what they call the wet & dry project pack, intails a few sheets of paper of different grades. Start off with a low number paper like 300 or 400 with water thn move up the grades untill you finish on 1200 or something by this time...
