Re: £500 reward for my stolen mkI CRM
Hope you get it back in good condition dude. Heli - do you have a link to the maplin set up? Is it a kit or do you buy everything seperate? Its surprising what goes on what you dont see. Parents neighbours have a cam, random strangers wander in their gardens, check for open doors, on cars too - day ...

Re: Knocking and temp light
Vespas are air cooled with a big fan on the fly wheel so they can idle all day long.
Crms, like already mentioned, require air flow through radiator fins via bike movement, or Mikes fan. (Not a fan as in supporter - i dont think he has any

We all know LT's prices are on the high side.
But its the service, availability and quality of parts you're paying for. Always worth the extra premium to me.

Re: Swing arm engine mount removal.
Not necessarily a bigger hammer, its all in the wrist action
Oohhhh maayytron!!
Its more about keeping the frame wedged so it doesnt absorb the thwack of the hammer force. Good to leave it soaking overnight in some plusgas or the like.
You might need to make a big pot of that tea...

Got Pirelli Scorpion A/Ts on mine. Great tyres, stick to the road like glue.
Theyre 75/25 road/offroad should you get adventerous. Dont know how they perform off road though.

Hi FB,
Whereabouts are you?
If you want a top notch AR then ask helisup on here.
If you want a very good mk3 then i may be tempted to sell

China is king at replicatin stuff.
The units may even prove more long lasting than the Japanese ones - or they may be rubbish
But lets hope for the former

Air filter is like new, clean and well oiled.
Gonna needle it and report back...

Re: Bit of an air leak
Yeah heli, i get your point about the air screw. I'll check it out. The reason i mentioned raising the needle was to confirm too much air, i kinda reasoned if this ironed out the revs it would point to an air leak. If it makes it worse it points to too much fuel. Yeah mike, was gonna do that too. Ju...
