yeah he did offer a daytime mot but i would prefer a full mot. so i think i will have to look for a new unit. maybey xr/xt something like that.

Headlight
I have just returned from my mot and it failed. The headlight has no beam pattern, the unit is the standard mk2 headlight. What have you guys done with yours to change it? Looking for a quick fix so I can get my retest.

my neutral light dosent work, i have checked the lamp which is fine, im guessing theres a switch somewhere but where? any ideas welcomed.

tried a mixture of both silicone and plastic, seems okay i will let you know more if either leak. the bike has sat for a week with no fuel and after fitting the new hoses i re-fitted the tank and put in some petrol only to find that when the fuel tap was turned on and before starting the engine ...

My bike has been run on premix by previous owner. I am going to test the autolube system to see if it still works. My question is if I replace the hose on the frame and feed pipes with clear hose would plastic or silicone hose be best?

Pick up a mk2 today for £850, fairly tidy bike considering is nineteen years old. Only gripe is that it's being run as premix and I want to give it some road use and mixing fuel will send me loopy. Does anyone know how to get the autolube working properly? Anyway I will post pics as soon as I figure ...
