My CRM had alsorts of issues when I put it back together :o Just a simple issue ,there are two plugs behind the headlight that are the same fit--I put them around the wrong way  The shop striped back the ou...

Re: help, possible fueling problem on overrun
Hello, My Mk2 does the same! but ticks over fine,it has a newly rebuilt engine,I took the bike back into the 2 stroke guro for an inspection. "quote!" the bike is old and not like modern 2 strokes - we will look at the jetting opptions @ 400 miles - could be carb wear but it did look ok when we clea...

Strange faulty lights?
I cannot see anything in the FAQ. This is strange,I have got my MK2 back together and it runs like new ,before I removed the engine all the lights worked fine. I cannot remember - Can the bike start with the stand down? My bike will only run with the stand up. when I switch the lights on the stand l...

Re: 10 ML grey pipe from back of head
thanks for this.
Fixed now, very lucky it was raining when I got back that day ,so I did not notice that it had spilled all the coolant overnight.
Could have killed my engine.

10 ML grey pipe from back of head
I should have been more specific.there are a few pipes. MK2,At the rear of the Head there is a small grey pipe around 10ml in diameter and 15 inch long,I think it maybe part of the coolant system, does it fit on the carb? there is another similar pipe about 15ml that comes of the right hand side of t...

Could anyone please tell me what part of the bike does the pipe on the top of the head go to?
Mine is come off and I can not see where it goes.

Re: Hi from Ellesmere. Mk1 rebuild
Good Luck with that project Niel. I have a project in motion as well. be very wise around TRX Engine mods, and to be fair you might save a few pounds by using the piston and a diffrent small end. My ethos after much help from the guys on here,LT only! when you call them everything becomes standard fa...

oil presher! oil pushing out of engine breather!
just had my MK2 engine striped ,because it was pushing oil out of the breather. We cannot see anything wrong! the tips I have been given ,crank seals but they look ok ,the spacer on the end of the crank that takes the bigger brown seal has slight marks but still seals ok,but replacing anyway! all th...
