Thanks knackered I'll look into those issues with vibration. I did that with the switch but was unsure which way it went? Obviously not the way i made it!

Forgot to mention, the bike starts very easily, ticks over when warm, has full power. Gear oil changed, plug changed, all cables and wiring triple checked, new fuel. The problem is that the whole bike vibrates, all the time but mostly when cruising or slowing. Doesn't do it under heavy acceleration

Hi all, I stripped and rebuilt my mk3 over the last few weeks to paint the frame. It now runs like a bag of spanners, the only thing I touched engine wise was the neutral switch. The pin was snapped so the switch was never being turned. I could never get a neutral light and led to having to lean bik...

neutral light and side stand
Evening all, I have a slight issue with my mk3. The neutral light does not work and the bike will not run if on its stand. I'm 99% sure these problems are linked but if so, how can I get neutral light working again? It can be a pain when im trying to let it warm up on my drive before an outing!! Any...

not been off road yet, only road but handles like a broken trolley jack!! Im planning on rebuilding the front forks asap, when braking they go down and stay down! a bit unsure about the tyres too but my other crm (2.2) was fantastic!

Hello everyone, new to the site. My name is Andy, I just bought myself a mk3 crm and its the second crm250 I have owned. Its fairly stock (I think) with red guards, white boards and purple airbox. I will be making a few more posts regarding mods and a few minor issues I have.
