The final bills was about 35000, I imported it from the UK and this was just the import taxes, the cost of a plate was a few baht, when i took the bike for the number plate and green book, there was no emissions test or test of the bike, they only rub the frame and engines onto a piece of sticky pap...

A few before and after photos. Me and a mate imported to Thailand through the red channel at the airport, it caused a stir as was told only person to import a bike through the red channel, it took all day to get the paperwork sorted, but was an experience, we felt like drug dealers, as every customs...

I fitted a 65/55 headlight to mine, went to breakers and found a square one that would fit inside the plastic , works well at night, as I use it in Thailand and no street lights but plenty of Oxon. waking the roads at night, if you hit then they don't move. Thanks for that, it seems a lot, as i was expecting to rise up and down dependiong on how much throttle is applied, this movement is like it is being elecritcuted, the movement does not effect the running on idle, . I will try to download a small video of it.

Power valve

When you have the cover off the power valve, when you have engine running, should the valve fluctuate ??? when on idle it will fluctuate up and down, when the power is applied it opens as it should, Thank you

Still got the noise after rebore, it only seems to be there when bike is ridden, can not do it with screwdriver, as I might fall off trying to do this method whilst ridding, I am thinking of checking the power valve in the barrel, to see if i can detect any excessive movement , the problem is the bi...

Thanks for the info, I chickened out as I was coming back to UK and popped the barrel off as its only held on with 4 nuts, took barrel to local reborers and they said it was not to bad, but worn a little at top end and the piston showed some blow by, so will let you know if it fix's the noise, apart...

Is it common, as I have a bad rattle when i pull away, but goes if you ease the twist grip off a little then power through it, the performance is good and I can drive it without the rattle, but i have to keep ridding the throttle, any help would be good, before i take the barrel off, I thought it mi...
