Re: Crankshaft seal aftermarket
>> take your seal to a bearing shop...
It was done straight away after seal was taken off from the engine. No success. :(
Today I found another Honda Dealer, they promised to bring what I need in 20 days max. Will hope for the best.

Crankshaft seal aftermarket
Hi All,
Is there an alternative/aftermarket Crankshaft Seal for Mk2? According to manual, it's double sided seal 38*52*9mm, PN 91202-KAE-003.
Local Honda Dealer can bring original seal in 45 days (!), so I'm looking for other option.

Got the spark! :)
Just had a phone call from the local Service Electrician. Tomorrow I'll ask them what was the problem and take my girl back home. Yahooo! :D

Re: No signal from CDI (PGM) to the coil wire.
Hmm... Not very optimistic. I'll study the subject a bit more prior to breaking unit apart. Also neeed to find the reason what creates this, to prevent same problem in a future. >>> Good luck with the repair. Thanks! If I can find replacement PGM unit for acceptable price, I'll try to do repair myse...

>>> Check easy things first, like the kill switch, ground problems etc First of all, thank You to join a discussion! I'll try to describe problem widely. Kill switch has been checked with multimeter, as well as ignition lock. 99% sure that this bits works properly. Actually, everything looks like wo...

No signal from CDI (PGM) to the coil wire.
Hi all, I only has Honda CRM250R Mk2 for the couple of days and Looks like I'm in trouble. Last time when I tried to start the bike, I've found that there is no spark on the spark plug. Spark plug itself is OK, headlamp flashes normally when I'm kick start, but that's it... Using electrical tester, ...

Re: Frame paint worn by boots!
Cheap solution from Russian Yamaha TTR owners. The idea is to use plastic bottle (from engine oil or coolant, etc.), cut it to a size, heat and fix to frame using bolts or plastic clamps: http://greywolf.ru/images/my/moto/zashita_ramy/2-rja.jpg http://greywolf.ru/images/my/moto/zashita_ramy/3-vikroj...
