There's a very good FAQ section on this site.

Bash Plate can be obtained from Leisure Trail but I think one is now £75.
Someone has made their own aluminium bash plate for a lot less:-

I believe many CRM owners use ATF - I do but can't remember whether it was fully synthetic!

It's not exactly a trail bike (it's an enduro bike) but the 2016 Beta 300RR is a 2T autolube bike. :D

Site seems busy/hangs at the moment but you can get to the home page ie type in www.dkmotorcycles.com, then Used Spares then search for Honda CRM250 and towards the bottom of page there is a bracket.
