Hi Mark glad your happy with it sorry couldn't be there today very busy with Work. It was on for all of 2 rides and 1 or those was to the mot station! Got rid of my bike sadly so I have started clearing out bits n pieces regards and enjoy Steve

Could it be the wrong mk cdi has been put on? Worth checking the number on it matches the mk2 number in the FAQs

Thanks Eddie tried that yesterday still loosing oil so have booked it in at a local shop now to have it sorted and get the mot done at the same time

Got my ar out ready for the mot next Saturday and looks like 1 of the fork seals is weeping just wondering if anybody could recommend somewhere to have them repaired in the Midlands area if not will try a local bike shop cheers steve

Cheers guys all advice is been taken on board. I tried my ecu on another ar and that ran spot on with no faults so good news on that side but still need to find the problem. Also took the reg off and checked for heat bubbles but that looks fine so I think as Mike recomended multi meter time at the w...

bloody hell 10 pound for a frame its not worth bothering i will have to think hard before i decide what to do. I thought these parts were rare and in demand thats why i bought the bike really so i could have some spares for myself and then make some or all of the money i payed for the bike back

I've got a multi meter to use at the weekend I'm wondering could I put the ecu on a good running bike to find out if it is the problem? Took my ar for a blast and it seems to be flat at high revs like the power valve isn't working.
