As long as you have the ecu blocks its pretty simple tbh (loom guides on here), don't leave out the diode's though or cut them off

What you could try is a bit of liquid metal to "stick it back together) and a nail so it doesn't clog up the inside of the Union (keep the inside as open/clean as possible)

No easy way round this one

I made my own from a l or 2 metre length I purchased many years ago. Not once has any of them failed.

The heat will eventually shape them or you can assist with a heat gun (do with caution)

I used my CRM for a few winters once it got a bit dangerous for my ninja and with a plug clean once a week she was good to go

One bearing you will not be able too get is the outer clutch bearing but there is a solution

Rmz 450 2010 onwards with a 1mm titanium spacer behind the clutch basket

If you can get a set then the 1989 cr 125/250/500 forks are a gem on the CRM. They are rare as fuck but share the same components as other forks so easily serviceable

Branded to hard for mx,racers reverted too conventional fork set up

4/10th kick from dry/cold with the "CRM shake method"

First kick all day long once woke up :)

A cold CRM starting first kick I'd worry about lol

If your regulator has failed then you will have heat bubbles on it (or the pcm will fail)

You have a earth problem a full strip and clean/and re-tape will fix this

The triple clamps don't have a hole for the ignition barrel, the barrel is mounted on a bracket mounted to the underside of the clamps. If you have nickel bore then just a scratch can mess things up I had a RGV 250 that I had to sleeve (and rebore to max size :))

Rear side plastics sit perfect and not like the original left hand flat and wide right set up (petty easy to do with a certain boiler bracket)
