Rattle at specific rpm under load

Hi, I have a mk2, she runs great no engine noise until I'm accelerating and I got this annoying bloody rattle at around 4-5000 rpm (I'm guessing here as have no rev counter). Any one experienced similar problem. ?

Mk 3 full DEP exhaust...will it fit mk2

A guy on ebay has full DEP exhaust for mk3 for sale. Will this fit my Mk2, or are they all a 'bit' different ?

CRM 250 lights

I'm thinking of getting CRM, I do a lot of winter riding and having a good front beam is really important, especially at low rpm, so can anyone say what the front beam is like on CRM ? (If poor are upgrade stator / regulator kits available). Are the electrics generally OK on CRM's..any models better...
