Re: New MK2 owner in need of help
If you take the sizes off the current seals you have, then search them on bearing shops as they tend to do oil seals as well. I know you can get the generator side seal on ebay, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160809779597?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 this is the right size. I'm not ...

Karts run so close to the wind with jetting that they put their hands over the entrance to the carb when they lay off the thottle, this stops the engine seizing.[/quote]
I always wondered why they did that! That's a little mystery solved for me :)

Re: New MK2 owner in need of help
The one I have has a 27 x 1.00 left hand thread, and a 24 x 1.00 right hand thread on it, very much like this one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MOTORCYCLE-FLYWHEEL-PULLER-HONDA-KAWASAKI-SUZUKI-YAMAHA-/200609383525?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item2eb5404465 did the job perfectly, however I can't recall w...

Re: New MK2 owner in need of help
When putting the seal in generator side, be very wary. I pushed a seal all the way through when doing my rebuild and it was an absolute arse to get back out, and I destroyed the seal in the process, luckily I ordered 2 on that side!

Re: Hi folks
When I get a chance I'll have a proper look at where the issue is coming from, it doesn't seem so bad though, if its the servo I'll get a new one, if it turns out to be the PCM I'll send it off to 2strokelab. If that turns out to be a dead loss, I'll get one of those re-programmable jobbies! I would...

Re: Hi folks
So it turns out the powervalve isn't working, great! It'll either be the servo or the PCM, not got time to investigate today, but just on a side note, anyone know if it'll be a major issue if I decide to prop it open permanently?

Re: AR Project Started
That does look sweet :) Any chance on getting a picture with the generator cover off? looking for the routing for the neutral switch as mine currently doesn't have one, neither does it appear to have the wiring to go with it!
