Im planing on getting my frame powder coated black, as its looks like jet washing the bike off over the years has taken its toll.

Tidying up....

I will be racing my 400 this year so my CRM has to go. I have afew questions.... My frame will be sent off for powder coating once i have stripped it down. I know the swingarm bearings can be a knightmare so they will be soaked in oil. The question is how hard is it going to be to assemble the bike?...

I will do some research on longer dog bones for the CRM, if i cant find any then ill look into getting some made up.

Basically a mates got a 125 dirt bike (Not road legal, Off road only) Would he be able to go?

I had my gsxr400 import insured with H&R insurance, i swapped the policy over to my CRM with no hassle. I told them it was an import. I was paying £220 to insure my 400 with mods declared, and the CRM only cost £180.

Only got round to taking a quick pic today. Its good condition for its age, other than decals but im not really fusse...

Have you checked the gear box oil?

My old aprilia would whine if it burnt a little oil. Solved buy a simple top up.
