steering head bearings

just bought a pair of head bearings for £10.50 delivered to my door. got these from midland bearings in kingswinford tel: 01384 841400. the number to quote is 32005X. there was also another brand of the same bearing for £16.00 delivered. what a price considering what u pay for a set of honda ...

take the cover off your powervalve servo under the tank and check that the small allen grub screw hasn't loosened off and is rubbing on the inside of the casing. stops the p/valve openingright up, good luck

u can buy a guard that fits roon the expansion chamber, usually c them on crossers. only way 2 stop them is not to fall off :)

phil,

get a new gasket and torque it back up, if its the base gasket, u'll need to replace the head gasket as well. best do it soon cos u dont want it to overheat and cause more damage. its an easy job
