I will check that as soon i got time again. This CRM... i guess somebody pulled it out of a garbage truck. And every service shop around here has tried to do any practice on it. Graffiti, bodged screws, scratches and nearly every single serviceable thing torn apart and "made-it-fit" standard bolted ...

Ok. I think i got it. When i cold startet the bike, it ran good but after A few turns it startet again in midranges. So i would take a look at the needle But someone before bustet the screws so i would have to drill them out To get the needle loose. So if noone tels me that the reed valves have gone...

Cables are fine! Powervalve can move freely. Any ideas?

Its works. But sometimes is gets jerky. Like faulty reg/rec or CDI.
I checked the servo and potentiometer. They are ok. Maybe the
Valve is out of line?

Changed pilot jet for a leaner one. Still the same issue. No low end power.
Feels like its running rich and when it pasts the midline, it goes of like a rocket.
Could someone tell me if that would be a reed or a powervalve related issue?
Would apreciate any info...

Ladys and gentleman... Succesfull rebuild! Thanks to my heroes here i realised That the entire vacum lines where all in the wrong place. Having the service manual makes things realy easy! Im runing the 165 main jet and she pulls straigt now. Got To find a 50 pilot jet somewhere. Shes way to rich on ...

Thanks mate! I guess the jetting was never right. The owner installed the CR exp. Pipe And did'nt know that i has to be rejettet then. :lol: so it seized all the time. Poor guy...
