I know very little about shot/sand/bead blasting and powder coating. I have the md24 mk2 with the 2 stroke in the frame. Now my question is do I block up all the holes to the frame for blasting and flush it all out after or do I blank them all off with something harder than it’s being blasted with? ...

Thanks knackered. It did sit for a while before I got it. The bearings are as clean as a whistle. Seems it's had a rebuild of the bottom end and then just never serviced and ran into the hills. Lots of swearing later...its out! I made up some oak drifts. just big enough to fit nicely into the frame and onto the end of the bolt. Made them about a foot long and got the big persuader to tap the end. Split 3 but protected it all nicely. One of the bearings had shattered so that didn't help but...

I see now after a little search that this is one of those use a bigger hammer jobs.
