Hi mate . sounds like its both forks . TBH i dont think my forks had been serviced at all . when i drained the old oil out there wasnt much in there and it was black . the new oil i put in was much thinner than the oil that came out . i have been out on the bike last weekend doing a bit of bing bash...

evening . rebuilt my front shocks a few weeks back on my mk2 . replaced the bushes , oil seal and dust seals and got some lovely clean fork oil to stick in . shocks are back on the bike but i now get a noise that sounds like the springs are rubbing inside the fork legs and also a slight clicking noi...

if your pv servo is spining its usually a broken wire or a dirty connection in the servo wire plug that connects to the loom . potentiometer could also be in need of a clean with electrical cleaner . dont use WD40 as this waxes up the carbon tipped contact inside the unit

Hi, sorry mate, but could you run another compression test on it now she's new? I think mines a bit down, I got about 82psi, I'm aware two strokes run lower compression than a four stroke anyway, but my TTR 265 is pushing out about 135-140PSI, and the revs are hanging a bit when I rev it up in neut...

happy days . put the old girl back together today . spent most of the day doing it as i tend to get a bit hashy when i power on so took plenty of time . only problem was the power valve flap . the guy who done my rebore said he had it in place whilst doing the work and there were no issues of it fow...

I rebuilt the engine october 2014 and the bike wasnt really used until may 2015 . used honda seals as i am a bit OCD when it comes to stuff like this . i would hope i would get more life out of genuine honda parts , all the same you never can tell when any engine part might fail lol . got my barrel ...
