MK3 front brake seals

My front brake was sticking so I decided it was time to give it a thorough overhaul... yea - sorry about that.... i got some supermoto wheels too - when i put the bike in for MOT i put the supermoto's on - but at the same time i got the shop to replace all the sprockets on the dirt wheels / supermotos / front sprocket / chain when the bike came back with the MOT - i switched the wheel...

I have changed the bearings and the seals - i turned the sprocket bolts around - removing the washers from the front and putting them on the back - the holes on the sprocket are countersunk for the bolts to sit into - last time i got a new sprocket set i let a bike shop do it - and clearly they did ...

Do you think it makes a difference the way the spindle is put in - i have the bolt on the sprocket side - i see in the pic there you dont ?????????????????

the thing is this has only happened recently - i dont see how the seals make a difference - and also the sprocket has been like that since day 1 ???

so if i change the seals and remove the washers you think that will be fine ?

there is no play in the bearings

yes the big spacer goes on the sprocket side

does this look like the bearing has slid in somehow?

when i put the spacer in the hub - the spacer is almost inline with the sprocket bolts - like a 2mm clearance

realise now all the details are in the FAQ's - i did search the forum but only found a thread on the seals... I have a problem with my back wheel - the seal / bearings on the sprocket side look like they have been pushed in slightly when i put the back wheel on - the sprocket bolts almost touch the ...
