I use a flexi plate that is slightly smaller text and plate, passes MOT every time.

I had to put the fork protectors on as the forks had suffered some previous stones prior to me buying it.

I really havent spent that much time on it either. Not sure on rim size I will look 2morrow night and let u know.

yeh the kickstart has always slipped occasionely.

Same here mine slips sometimes, thought I may have to strip down but when I recently fitted new clutch all looked fine!

After looking at mine today, whilst fitting reeds and jets, I noticed the breether comes from below the side of the reed box. Dont know if this helps?

If its anything like my Mk2 then the pipes coming out under the bike are off the carb. I will have a look at mine 2morrow.
