purple plastics
I recently bought some new genuine crm fenders for a mk2? The front mudguard matched the part number, which includes a colour reference, for my AR but the shade of purple is different. Is anyone else aware of a shade change on genuine Honda parts?

Yep, that's a pretty comprehensive warning. My order with dd was thru a Google Search and joining the forum occurred around the same time so I didn't look at the faq's.knackeredMk1 wrote:You can't say you weren't warned in the FAQs .............viewtopic.php?f=20&t=5265

Does anyone know if they're still trading? I've placed an order with them, got a reference number and paid for it over a month ago but get no response to my emails chasing a delivery date. Seems a very strange way to operate if they are still trading.

Re: Crm250AR misfiring
Just for the joy of it, AR's. also have a throttle position sensor, oh and some vacuum switches built into the induction system, hours of fun to be had yet  Mike Yes Mike, we've become aware of the complexities of the AR. Do you know if the throttle sensor is adjustable and what it's meant to...

Re: Crm250AR misfiring
Where are you in UK? you can ride my AR if you like but its likely the same. does it go ding ding ding ding ding instead of dddddrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr (or brb brb brb brb brb instead of bbbbrrrrrrrbbbb). Mine runs 13 - 52 gearing so can be quite snappy on small throttle openings. mine bZHBmfeNYh8 Hi,...

Re: Crm250AR misfiring
I was thinking that it might be hesitation as your brother suggests. If you find it really irritating try incregasing your sprocket gearing. What is it currently? Sprockets appear to be 13/42 (might be 45). I was thinking of getting new chain and sprockets and maybe lowering the gearing slightly. M...

Re: Crm250AR misfiring?
Speaking to my brother who is more knowledgeable than I and he says it's not really a misfire but a hesitation/poor running, like you suggest. I appreciate a 2t likes to work and on the trails you don't notice it so much but I've had old 2t mx & enduro bikes that run cleaner than this! The reason I ...

Re: Crm250AR misfiring
I've repacked the dep silencer and it wasn't/isnt blocked. The whole exhaust is dep and hasn't any dents in either.
I'll get the ht lead tested, could be a little before I do though.
Thanks

Re: Crm250AR misfiring
Hi Mike
It had a ngk br8es in it which is burning biscuit brown, I tried a br9es in it which made it worse so I'm back with the br8es. Forgive my ignorance but how do I check/adjust the fuel level in the carb?

Crm250AR misfiring
Hi I recently bought a CRM250AR which misfires at approximately 4200rpm (according to the fitted trailtech vapor trip comp). it only does this when on the move and is fine at a stand still. I have had the carb removed and cleaned and have altered the jetting from standard to a 155 main and removed t...

CRM250AR Gold engine paint
Hi all
I've just joined this forum as I've recently purchased crm250AR. Can anyone recommend a gold paint match for the engine casings, preferably in aerosol form. Apologies if this has already been covered.
Thanks
Jason
