Hi ..Thanks for the help.. Took the side casing off and there is a big spring giving lift pressure to the kickstart return which looked ok... then a smaller spring which is not very robust giving some pressure to the back of the whole mechanism..dog teeth and cog look ok ..I will try replacing this ...

Hi ..I am having problems with my crm 250 .The problem is the kickstart slips and im having trouble starting the bike...
