main bearing problems.
my donor engine is beig built up by a garage. he has knocked out the old bearings to find them being 72mm outer dimaeter rather than 68mm as stated on every parts fiche he can find. anyone heard of an ar motor with a 72mm bearing? its definately an ar engine??

stiffer springs?
right side I'm 18 stone and my poor suspension is struggling, imy not quite bottoming them out all the time but more than I'd like. so I want to get some stiffer springs, haso anyone do everything this? standard springs from another bike or aftermarket springs? for the ar model.

if you are then change it! there wasn't much wrong with my system on my ar. Nice and quiet. holed patched up and obviously lots of dents to the front pipe but the bike ran well. put a dep pipe on today from leisure trail and it's like a brand new bike. throttle response much quicker and definitely h...

So I wore a hole in the catch tank on the rear of my ar. And have since had it repaired. However since topping that up with coolant my bike has overheated a couple of times and hadates never done it before. Suspension guru's will wince at the idea of this but as long as it feels better! Mineven are soggy too and the brake side has no lower adjustment been bodged with chemical metal. I may end up going your route!
