I may go down the track of a Lixianda unit as I have been waiting to purchase a separate controller but no luck yet with them getting back to me, pv motor and resistor now test fine and wiring has continuity so it hopefully should be only the PGM left. Nick tried to fix mine twice but it was still no good. Sometimes I think they cant be saved or maybe its just too delicate in there. Ok Huston we no longer have a problem with the servo motor, i can report that the servo motor from an NSR150 is a direct replacement even down to the connector and wiring colours.but still no go when connected and running, the Cdi has been been repaired by Nick in the past I was told, so now go for ...

I may be wrong but in Australia the CRM250 is like rocking horse poo and we never had the CRM125 but possibly limited numbers of NSR125's anyhow I may have a lead on a local plastic gear supplier.
