thanks mate!

as for the tank i left an old crm tank (mk3) in the garden for about a year to discover there was no rust in there what so ever and that was with the cap off i came to the conclusion that it must be galved. what model is your crm?

take the spark plug out and see if u can push the bike in gear forward or backward it will either tell u that the piston isnt seized and it could be 1 of many things or it will tell u that it could be one of many things 1 of which may be that the piston is siezed, for how long it takes id get the ...

id recomend running around 25-30:1. 40:1 seems abit leen i run mine at 27

over filling the gaer box oil will normally just mean u blow abit of oil out the breather.

if u have oil coming through the seals then i would have thought when running it would leak the other way also putting fuel through ...

yeah does work kirky all u need is someone who can weld stainless and do a tidy job, blowtorch definately i good idea when pulling the dint get as hot as possible will make life easier.

full choke no revs routine has worked all on my smokers accept my dt 175 which needed a half mile full sprint bump lol. definately check the flywheel for play back and forth movement would mean crank bearings and shafted. they can wine and vibrate without traces of play so as said get a second ...
