If by rim locks you mean 'bead locks', then they just slot through the hole provided in the rim, and tighten-up fully when you've got the tyre back on fully and seated.

AR Carby Problem
Went to start my bike after leaving it stood for a couple of weeks - turned on the fuel and it just p****s out of the overflow tube on the float chamber.
My guess is the floats are stuck, but anybody suggest anything else to check whilst I'm at it.

Hi,
I'm going to store my CRM over the next couple of months and wonder what the best prep is. This is what I used to do on my fourstroke and wonder if there is anything else I should or shouldn't do:
Clean thoroughly.
Spray all switches, pivot points, exposed metal etc with wax/siliconestorage ...
