If by rim locks you mean 'bead locks', then they just slot through the hole provided in the rim, and tighten-up fully when you've got the tyre back on fully and seated. If there isn't a second hole in your wheel rim then you'll need to drill one out - no biggy, 10 or 12mm I think. I tend to put two ...
