Autolube

Hi there, Does anyone know how to adjust this thing properly. I have removed the cable to work on the clutch and may have put it back in at a different setting. The bike seems to be blowing a lot more smoke than normal - yet has more power. (Maybe it has just been sitting too long, and is blowing no...

i haven't taken the shaft completely out, but there is no movement up or down, or side to side. The sound gets louder as the bike revs, either in gear or neutral, clutch in or out. I had the top end rebuilt by a bike shop, who told me the noise sounded like a loose piston/rings. He checked the rod a...

Well, i have checked my balancer shaft now. The gear is loose on the end, meshing ith the kickstart gear... is this normal?
I am lost as to what this rattle is that my bike has picked up.
Any more ideas?

The bike is still standing in the garage. I have broken a ratchet trying to remove the nut. Is this thing a left hand thread?

I think i am going to have to strip the bike and paint the frame...
These decals will look too good for my bike at the moment. Anyone know which rear guard will fit a crm250? I would like to update the chunky tail light. Would an xr assembly fit?

Just an idea.

Went to the local wrecker and bought a new (well, seccond hand, but new to me...) clutch hub. Also got 2 plates for $4. riveted them together, flattened lock washer some more, bought new ratchet, tapped ratchet handle and broke it. Still in same situation, but a friend has come across a 12volt rattl...

i would take the part with you, but my mk2 is the same. i couldn't see the mk3 or the ar being different - i think the wheels are the same too, same brakes, bearings etc. as my crm was an import here i had to sort of work these things out

cleaning spokes...

the easy way is to offer your younger brother/sister/dumber friend a ride if he promises to clean it after. just sit back with a beer and watch.
it is a crappy job - but it looks great when u finish huh?
