Welded kickstarter usually means burnt and leaking seal too.

Since I have very little time and another project keeping me from completing this build, I thought the best thing to do, would be to buy a customized (by a Harley rider. . . . yuck) used, abused and violated '61 BMW R27. But the CRM should be running soon (ish). Still busy fiddling with the subframe...

On hydraulic brake models, put a dab of grease on the front brake lever push pin where it contacts the master cylinder piston, this will improve the feel of the front brake as the push pin drags across the piston.
