im losing the speedo.
is widening the original axle not an option? .
i dont think the guy i got the forks off has the cr axle.
also i didnt get the caliper bracket!!!!!

is it best to get a metal sleeve made up and welded in the end to make the fork clamp or are there any better ways ??

what year cr forks was it again 90-95 ?
i have got some yz ones but spindle size is massive so i would need to source a axle and wheel + machine my bottom yoke
i guess well just forget the repair...

so your saying take it down to good metal and leave it like that is there not a way to get the erroison off then build it back up with some material? fork legs will be covered once back on bike so i dont mind not geting the turned look back on the leg . just want to be safe and slow the corrosion nick

thats the bigest bit of errosion but there are other smaller bits on them.
