i did the same ,put spacers on mud flap and used longer bolts.had the same moan about wires,but apparently there are about8 different types of connecters in all models but the reg works on all models.

no plate doesnt come under the mot.try danger uk graphics for flexi plate any size get two one legal one not, standard are only good for using as a sale when youve run out of petrol.

for safetyI would but looking at it now it may be posible to remove some of it.you will get a better idea when you put wheels in.if you keep it you can alway weld it back on.it looks cleaner to remove it as the plastic guard gets in the way even if the metal tab doesnt.

dont go more than a 110 on the front you only have 120mm gap between fork legs you need a little clearance, to check I put two pieces of tape on the legs at there tightest point and they are still there with no marks.I have a 150 rear but there is 10mm gap left between tire and chain so I will fit a...

definately not I had a set, the front will if you machine in the disc mount by 10mm.tricky.you might fit the rear but you have to do the same and i dont think there is enough meat to do it, +hub and bearing need to be taken in also on sprocket side .I've done similar work on other wheels and it work...

check my advise relating ar indicators and the fitting of led lights inthe past, 6 months ago at aguess but hes right, positive wire to I think the black wire on the smoothing capasitor fitted between tank/rad panel and frame/headstock negetive any where on the frame.

rear wheel is from a cagiva 125[which can be fitted on a budget with just new bearings and 4 axle spacers + 6 10mmspacers for the brake disc]this leaves the wheel off to the left by 4mm,I was fussy and had 4mm taken off disc side which reduced spacers from 10mm to6mm + 4mm spacers for the sprocket.f...

finally got them on ,they look the nuts and make the bike ride awesome handles like a sports bike.I managed to redrill the cagiva 125 320mm front disc to fit the cbr front wheel and has improved the braking greatly, this was only a temp fix to check it all works and now I'm happy I've orderd a custo...
