front dropped in, but 'ears' on hub for brake disc bolts clonked on caliper. rim +tyre only had a few mm clearance with fork uppers on fork compression. didn't fancy that considering at speed and hard cornering the wheel will move slightly in relation to the hub.

wobbly front sprocket

cleaning my bike i noticed there is quite a lot of play in the front sprocket. the shaft doesn't move but the sprocket can be rocked from side to side. is this normal? the 2 securing bolts are both tight. the sides of the teeth have been worn to a polished finish.

unusual engine noise!

The CRM has an annoying irregular knocking noise (metallic thud) from near the front. It is more noticeable at low revs (seems louder as the bike tick over is dropped to almost stalling) i dont think it is piston slap as that happens on every stroke(??), and the CRM isn't using excessive oil /petrol...

2 stroke oil level indicator

clear pipe mounted on the side of the headstock, does this measure total oil in tank? mine took 200ml to fill from empty or is that how small the 2stroke oil tank is?

thanks!
