Cambrian & Hafren Rallies
Well guys. It's that time of year again.
So who's up for the Cambrian Then? £100 entry though.
Gwyn,Knackered, etc. You coming? My shoulders are still bollocksed, but I'll just take it easy, because the hafren is the following week. Why do they put the two rallies so close together?

Re: wierd problem??
Hi, if you need to get your stator rewound, try west country windings. You'll have to look them up. They're good, and a hell of a lot cheaper than a new item. Most of the motorcycle repair shops send they're stuff there.

Re: Return of the Tarrenig Rally
Hi all Well, I'm pissed off about the rally, blinding event and at great course, However, just after the first test( on the second lap), I came off hard on the deep rutted down hill bit. KTM Rick rode my bike back up the hill and then I sat with it waiting for help - and hoping that my collar bone w...

Re: hand guards
Hi Flip, I use ufo handguards with the ali insert that mount into the bar end aswell. In addition to this I fit short levers ( or shorten them), so that they come no where near the guards themselves. I've had some big "offs" directly onto the handguards, and not had any problems. All guards will mov...

I still think it's your airscrew. I'm back week after next if you wanna bring your bike over and check it against mine. This is if I have the clutch fixed by then?

Re: Mk3 Flatspot
It's the air screw on the carb. Turn it in all the way - and then turn it back one full turn. This is a good starting point. Take the bike up the road opening the throttle getting lots of revs, and you should feel the bike stutter. Stop, open the airscew another quarter turn and try again. keep doin...

Re: Red Kite Rally 2008
Hi Andy, I worked out what to do on that rooty slippery diagonal descent - in 2nd no brakes, running against the engine. Shouting "danger, danger" and try to steer, ocasionally throwing yourself off in a comedy manner
Well it worked for me anyway

Re: Red Kite Rally 2008
I am now in a world of pain :o I haven't worked that hard on a bike ever!!!!!! But what an event, for me it was more of a war just trying to get round. Thank god they took two of the hill sections out or I would still be on the course now. We just need more crms to attend next year. Think about it g...
