Re: Dropper Plate Drawing

Yep should be fine however I would advise you to run washers and nut's as I dont think the threads will hold in the plastic I'm assuming you have used nylon or acetal or something similar.

Looking foward to hearing your results

Best Regards

Re: Australia

G'day Mate the plastic tank has been done many times but requires alot of modification so in short there is no plastic tank you can buy for a Mk 3 or AR that will fit straight on and match your plastics and seat. You shouldn't be having any problems getting parts for an AR in australia as they where...

Re: Brakes

I looked at one site that had a different disc listed for the rear of the CRM to the XR 400 and it was saying the CRM disc is 4mm thick with a minimum thickness of 3mm , I straight away checked my rear disc and it was the sizing listed for the XR 5mm thick with a minimum of 4mm so Knackered is right...

Re: Running with no balance shaft

I would say your a brave man. The part your are talking has a key word in it's description (balance)

and now that you have played with it you are experiencing bad vibration in the handlebars which is been

generated by your motor, I would listen to what your motor is telling you.
