Front fork question
I am doing a seal replacement on my forks and looking at the manual there is a special tool
(front fork spacer 07KMZ-KZ30101) can anyone tell me the dimensions of said spacer ie thickness.

With the forks the seals keep leaking. I have put a couple of sets in now, so was thinking about getting them done professionally.

Are the front brake callipers the same for all models and can anyone recommend somewhere to get the forks serviced??

Can't you move the actuator arm backwards on the spline? maybe when you put the cover on it was too far forward. I would try that first, remove the clutch cover and turn the shaft back a couple of splines.

Main bearings
Is it much of a job to replace the main bearings on my AR or should I send it to someone to do? if so any recommendations to where to have it done bearing in mind I live in Cornwall>

While out for a ride today after stopping at a junction the ar started running rough. So stopped and switched off and started it again. When it wa ticking over I noticed that the neutral light was pulsing(flashing) in time to the engine tickover. I also noticed the indicators had stopped.

I am sure that the lights on my AR were better than they are now? So firstly on the three pin connector to the headlamp am I right in thinking that the blue is on the left, green in the middle and white on the right?
