I can now confirm that a very large dose of leaving it alone does work  
  about 5 days in this case , But as a precaution  I will continue with FMTB prescription for a further 6 weeks

Help! Graphic trouble.
Just been fitting a genuine Honda side panel graphic ( £40.00 ouch) been very careful as you would, small amount of fairy froth first and squeedge it out with a credit card wrapped in a duster, but I've still a number of bubbles under the graphic I can't get out, so is it best to leave them and see ...

Have you fitted a new thermostat along the way? as that may be a cause, also check the oil pump feeds etc, IE. drain the tank check all pipes for blockages leaks etc, check pump out and bleed loads of oil through, :?

Very strange indeed :? when the all balls kit arrived I looked at the numbers on the bearings and they are marked 26mm,(32005 xr / 26) so I thought c@*p these aren't right, so I checked the number on the sticker they put on the bearing with the allballs web site and it also says 26mm, so now I'm ...

TECH' UPDATE!!!!!!!! After a bit of checking and double checking I purchased a head set from just off road ( great service arrived next morning ) and can confirm part number 17-1255.AB is correct at £23.71 inc p+p . BUT!!!!!!!! the size of the bearing is 26mm ID NOT 25mm as stated in the first post ...

Looking at my Honda bumper book of knowledge, if it is a 6mm thread then the torque setting is 12Nm or 1.2 Kgfm or 9 lbft which ever scale you have on your wrench, hope this helps

Cheers for that Scrubs, Thinking about it, the bike would have been idling when switched off,and being servo driven rather than centrifugal it would remain in the same spot more or less, but I will check with it running

Power valve cable settings ?
Hi guys, just fitted a new pair of power valve cables on my MK2 after noting the setting of the old ones, with the engine turned off the marks are lined up as per the manual, but the LT manual says this is where they should be when at idle (1300 rpm ). so where are they with the engine off roughly?
