As promised we put my mk2 & wor younguns AR head2head & the outcome was, really a miss match. The mk2 is crisp, revs cleanly & has a distinct power band, whereas the AR feels under powered and very 'four stroke ish' to the point where he wondered if he'd purchased a XL125 in disguise. Is this normal...

cheers 4 the comments guys. Just done a 400 mile round trip 2 purchase a 98ar for my brother. paid £1350, thats got 2 be cheap right?. he thinks santa's come early (his wife has the same complaint). Hi Slider. i really wanted a mk3 but nearest for sale to me was 250 miles away, then out of the blue mk2 for sale 5 miles from my home. 'I think she was meant to mine'. :D
