Yeah- front forks are fairly easy, but you have to strip the whole lot off really and get new seals and oil to do it properly. It certainly made mine less 'reboundy' with thicker oil. Back shock- leave it well alone!! There is enough pressure in there to blow your bloody head off!!

Might be a good idea to take off the LHS stator cover off (when the bike is warm) and feel for any play in the main bearings by trying to wobble the flywheel side-to-side- if you can feel any more than a tiny bit of play, your mains could be on the way out- hence the knocking noise...

Totally agree Mike- 'little and often' is better that 'lots now and then'.... Its also nice having a tinker, compared to a crisis!!

Looks good fishy- just like my Procircuit pipe. Use the bolts on the tailpipe- its easier, but don't over tighten! Like the sound of your bike Fishy- she sounds really quick on the pick-up. Mine sounds far louder and more 'tinny'/'pinky' with my Prociruit exhaust. I'm sure the pick-up on mine should be more like yours, so I am going to replace the reeds, bearings and piston again in the summer with a new TRX job.

Yeah- mine is too long, even with my front forks adjusted right up to their limit, but it allows me to fit my GPS under it- I reckon 150 would just about do it.
