just to balance things I've never had an overheating issue on my AR (and it is slightly :? hotter here than the UK!). Also if you do install a fan put it on the rear of the rad so it pulls air through and doesn't block the rad. I can maybe see one helping in slow speed boggy stuff but if it overheat...

just make sure the output voltage is correct ie 14.? and not 12.? like the other CRM's.

theres two - one that sits just in front of the CDI PN 36163-KAE-771 and one that sits just behind your lower oil tank PN 36162-KAE-771

can you post a short movie clip?

new pilot jet and set the mixture adjustment properly (do search for how to do this) may fix this or will at least minimize it. its one of those things where some bike will always do it a bit and others won't.

bad ground - 3.5 ohms is too high. (always check your meters lead resistance as well in case your meter is bad)

40:1 or 50:1 depending on whether you use semi or fully synthetic I believe.
