Re: 250AR Forks/Suspension swap out?
Why would you think it would? The weight of the bikes is approximately the same but the suspension travel is different and the use of the bike is different. Also there is quite a difference in the technology because of the age. You might get it to fit but with regards to it being any use is very unl...

CRMs are much harder to work on than MX bikes but you should try fixing an MTX!!!
Easiest way to get the cylinder out is to remove the head studs.

Re: Had my crm ar for 10 years! Never missed a beat until now!
Max CRM - get your cylinder rebored to fit a Mk1/2/3 piston and then get it nicosiled. The reason to get it rebored id so that you can get replacement pistons much more easily. OR you could just get it rechromed to the original setup. Witha new piston and rings it will feel so much better.

If you have the time and money then what you are suggesting is perfectly posible as long as the frame has a road registration.

Re: Blind auction buy
To be honest you might want to split the bits and sell separately to fund a 'More Complete' purchase?

Re: Set up for off-roading.
The best suspension performance modifications you can do is to get an aftermarket shock eg Hagon; and change the yokes to a conventional set up and fit some XR400 forks. The issue with swapping the type of forks is that there are NO performance USB upgrades that keep the same fork length. You can sw...

Re: Hi there
Basically it's a connector to the frame with filter and reducer so that a thinner pipe can go to the oil pump. Nothing that needs to be CRM or Honda specific. I'm sure you can make one up as you say. They are not things that come up often as generally they don't wear out and they get thrown away as ...
