if you want some real simple engine mods, has anyone tried this on the CRM? because it works on pretty much all two strokes add a second base gasket to raised the cylinder 0.5mm (can go higher if needed), this increases the port duration (and port time area) which increases top end slightly. then y...

yep headstock bearings are a known culprit too, had that on an mtx 125

when does it vibrate? meaning at what sort of speed? i would suggest checking the bearings for any play or possible sticking, if theres no play then a good greasing may help, i had a mk2 that did it when i tested it down a private lane ( as it was road legal) but it only did it towards the top speed...

think yourself lucky mate, on my tm250 i have a grimeca clutch lever and i once snapped it, the cheapest i could find is £30 as the grimeca type i have is a one off! bloody hydraulic clutches im currently saving up to buy a more common type in case of any future incidents

on ebay theres a contraption that you add on to your clutch cable to make it lighter when pulling thus reducing the arm pump

as soon as i saw this post i just knew! just wait till you come down to my track you rotten gits! anyway ignore them i would suggest winding the screw back out and bleeding the old fluid out whilst replacing with new fluid just as mike said, if this doesnt work then its possible seal problem but fro...

:lol: i cant do that trev my club mainly consists of begginners and i dont like jumps either and as an added precaution we have to have planning permission for large jumps so youre safe on that one matey

cheers trev, just been to an amca commitee meeting and our club has been welcomed and theyre all excited for us, we are going to ensure we create an easy manageable but slightly technical track for our members

proper paid events mate, all amatuer of course, my track is being completly changed around to accomondate motoduro and mx events through the amca as were becoming completly above board now
