that is realy the only manual there is unless you speak Japanese. The standard leasure trail manual is pretty good for most repairs with the AR suppliment model spesific

where are you, testing the power from? it seams strange that you are getting low readings after changin everything. check the reading coming from the reg/rec this will tell you the 12v supply you need, or change the setting to ac and check the input for the unit, ground to earth. if your still getti...

reassemble the fork leg with the spring and top cap, push down on the bottom leg and undo the adjuster bolt. if this is still tight, you will need to use a tool to hold the damper rod (racespec do them)

and by turning it in trying to tighten it, it is now U S, so strip the forks and change the washer and it will be fine.

it doesnt make that much difference, just nip it up tight. its the bottom nut is the important one.

you need to try and get as close to 90 degrees to the stem as possible. if you get most of the way through the wack it with a hammer and chisel it should come off no prob, try not to grind too much of the yoke.

i dont know if using a spare wheel as an air reservoir would help?, i have a brake bleeding kit that works by forcing brake fluid under pressure through the system like this. if you need to pressurize the crankcase then this might be of use?

yes XR250/400 are the ones you want. If you are buying them from ebay, be aware that they will take a while to arrive. I have some on order even though i emailed him about availability, and was told no problem.?

I thought about something while chating to mike last night about this, i had a problem a while back where it started smoking excessively, and checking the oil pump i found it was way out, but had no adjustment left. oh checking the cables i found that the joint in the cable had pulled out on the oil...

does the revs change when you adjust the air screw? if not youu need a bigger pilot jet.
