searched through forum and found I posted in 2004 when i got my 1st CRM and mentioned about SM'ing it!!.....so Im on my third and just got around to it.

think i read knackered uses 15/42 gearing on his SM, what are others using?
I want to get as near a damn right first ttime as possible as im a tightarse and dont want to buy loads of sprockets

well I have my sm wheels (talon xr650r waiting for hub kit for xr400, will post about that once ive done it fingers crossed) researching tyres proberly go for the diablo's. looked at maxxis but 160 rear? might struggle with that haviing searched on here looks like most use 150 max...........I digres...

cheers guys at least i know theres a seal in there, thought they might have been knackered. I guess as they move they will be easy enough to seperate

I use Manista 3 ltrs for 12 quid lasts ages . If you have Parafin for cleaning chains in your garage this is exellent at getting hands clean...dont use turps or petrol not good

Im not sorry about my exwife ... glad to get rid !! Just hard with the 5 kids we have......Taken my 15 yr old and gf to IOM in my van with the SM'ed CRM (waiting for wheels should be here next weekend talon, excel jobbies xr650 £250 !!) and her zx6r..........

My 2nd CRM bought off ebay, wasnt too bad I bought a ccm404 while I had it and decided to rebuild it. I stripped it down.
That was as far as I got as i had marriage problems ended up selling both bikes trying to make the marriage work

My CRM's
My first CRM, which i bought off an importer on near torquay I think. I was a bit disapointed when i first saw it as it had gone rusty in places after being in container. But I soon cleaned it up. Regreted selling it, sold it to try an XR400.
